We are a small business and everything is handmade to order. We want you to be happy with your order. If your purchase does not meet all your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returns for damaged or defective material are not assessed the 20% restocking fee. Damaged or defective material is described as items that are received in imperfect condition due to improper packaging during shipping or defective zippers, seams, or hemming. “Damaged and defective” does not include irregularities in shape, size, and placement of print due to construction by hand. Shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

The colors of our products are represented as accurately as possible on the website, however we can not be responsible for discrepancies in colors based on monitor settings. Up to two swatches may be requested free of charge. Please email us at info@dermondpeterson.com for more information on swatches.
